Related service / Local inspection · server downloads
SaveVideo is a separate brand hosted alongside this collection. Its local video inspector reads a chosen file in the browser, reports dimensions and duration, and estimates average bitrate. Its media-link download service is a different operation: it sends a URL to the server, uses a queue and stores completed output temporarily. Provider restrictions can prevent a link from working, even while the website itself is healthy.
How to get started
- Use Video Inspector when you already have a local file and want to understand its dimensions, duration or approximate export size.
- For server-backed media requests, check the provider permission and the service instructions before submitting a URL.
- Read a queue or quota message before retrying. Completed links expire; save an allowed result promptly.
A useful limitation
The inspector does not identify codecs or frame rate. Working short fixtures do not prove every platform or video is supported.
What happens to your data
Local inspection does not upload the selected file. Downloads process URLs on the server, retain temporary media, and log job information. SaveVideo has its own privacy and advertising disclosures.
Latest check
Today’s separate audit completed YouTube MP4/MP3, SoundCloud MP3 and a short TikTok MP4. Other older samples failed. Checked October 3, 2026.
This is a dated observation, not a continuous uptime promise. Individual inputs or game sessions may behave differently.
