Tool and game problems
Include the project name, page URL, action, visible error and browser/device type. Say whether the page failed to load or an operation failed after it opened. Approximate time and timezone help match a report to server events.
A harmless sample is more useful than a private attachment. Do not send passwords, cookies, private files or personal media as diagnostics. We will ask for a safer reproduction if needed.
Incorrect descriptions
Identify the sentence or project and explain what actually happened. Checks are dated snapshots; if availability changed, tell us when you tried so we can recheck it.
Privacy and rights
Identify the relevant service and page. For a rights report, explain the material at issue and the basis of your request. For privacy questions, describe the interaction without including sensitive personal data in the initial message.
What to expect
This is independently maintained rather than a staffed support desk. No response-time commitment is advertised. Consult the checks and guides while a report is being reviewed.
